Are TweenGlam products safe for 8â14 year olds?
Yes! All TweenGlam products are specifically formulated for tween skin and tested to be safe for ages 8â14. We use gentle, age-appropriate ingredients.
Do you test on animals?
Never! We are 100% cruelty-free and do not test on animals at any stage of product development.
Are your products 100% vegan?
Most of our products are vegan. Check individual product pages for specific ingredient information.
How do I do a patch test?
Apply a small amount of product to the inside of your wrist or behind your ear. Wait 24 hours to check for any reaction before using on your face.
What if my child has sensitive skin or allergies?
Always check the ingredient list on each product page. We recommend doing a patch test first. If you have specific concerns, consult with a dermatologist before use.
Are the products FDA-approved?
Our cosmetics are manufactured in FDA-compliant facilities and follow all FDA regulations for cosmetic products.

Can my 10-year-old order without a parent?
Orders must be placed by someone 18 or older. Tweens should shop with parent or guardian supervision and permission.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Contact us immediately at our customer service email. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to make changes.
Can I use multiple discount codes?
Only one discount code can be used per order.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase on our website and make the perfect gift for any tween.

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future!
My tracking says "delivered" but I didn't get it
Check with neighbors, building management, or other household members. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 48 hours and we'll help resolve the issue.
My order arrived damaged â what do I do?
We're so sorry! Please email us photos of the damaged items within 7 days of delivery, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened products in original packaging.
Can I return used makeup?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used makeup products unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Yes! We offer both refunds and exchanges. Contact our customer service team to start the process.

Yes! Our freckle pens wash off easily with soap and water or makeup remover.
Is the LED mask safe for tweens?
Yes, our LED mask uses gentle, low-level light therapy that's safe for tween skin. Always follow the included instructions.
Are your nail products peel-off or regular polish?
We offer both! Check the product description to see which type you're purchasing. Peel-off polishes are great for tweens who want easy removal.
Why does the lip gloss tingle?
Some of our lip glosses contain plumping ingredients that create a gentle tingling sensation. This is normal! If it's uncomfortable, discontinue use.
